Through our fall sermon series, What Disciples Do, we have been exploring the expectations of Jesus’ followers. The theme for September 25, Disciples practice generosity, was illustrated by Chloe Black, age 8. Pastor Jennifer challenged children to draw pictures of generosity during the sermon, and Chloe drew two people sharing an ice cream cone. Thank you, Chloe!
They are to do good, to be rich in good works, generous, and ready to share, thus storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold the life that really is life. (1 Timothy 6:18-19)
