May 26, 2024 · 10:45 am · Trinity Sunday

May 26 is Trinity Sunday. The doctrine of the Trinity – Creator, Christ, and Holy Spirit – is one of the great mysteries of the Christian faith.
In John chapter 3, a teacher came to Jesus at night to ask some questions: How can one be born anew? How are these things possible? Jesus’ answers are sometimes more mystery than explanation.
“God’s Spirit blows wherever it wishes. You hear its sound, but you don’t know where it comes from or where it is going. It’s the same with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:8)
“God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him won’t perish but will have eternal life.” (John 3:16)
Through the revelation of God as Creator, Son, and Holy Spirit, we have eternal life. May this Mystery continue to guide and strengthen our faith.
