What is growing in your spiritual life during this season of Lent? This is a season of tending the soil, nurturing new growth, and preparing for the good news to take root and flourish.
Throughout the Lenten journey, may we be grounded in and inspired by the Good News.
Rev. Jennifer McClung Rygg will give the Welcome and Invocation. Rev. Chris Cottingham will lead the Passing of the Peace. The Song of Praise will be “He Lives.” Becky Milam will read Luke 7:36-50 and Dave Alverson will read Matthew 25:35-40. The Sanctuary Choir will sing a medley of “Surely the Presence of the Lord,” “O Lord, You’re Beautiful,” and “Sanctuary.” Becky Milam will give the Offertory Prayer. Rev. Chris Cottingham will sing “Broken and Spilled Out.” Rev. Jennifer McClung Rygg will preach the sermon “Uninvited Grace.” The Hymn of Response will be “Lord, I Want to Be a Christian.”
