Join us for Communion and Candlelight on Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24 at 5:00 pm. Pre-service music begins at 4:30 pm. Worship will be in the Sanctuary and on Facebook Live.

The night Jesus was born, his family did not receive the sort of invitation we would expect for a king; the only space available to them was among the animals. And yet, Jesus devoted his life to inviting people into true relationship with God. This invitation is for all, even (perhaps especially) to those who have been rejected, overlooked, and left out. In Christ, we are all invited home – into a space of hope, peace, joy, and love.

On Christmas Eve, we gather to worship the Savior who extends the generous invitation of God’s grace to all of us. You are invited to join us for worship in our church sanctuary or online this Friday evening.

If joining online, you may wish to prepare communion elements (juice and bread or crackers) and a candle for each person in order to participate more fully in the service. A worship guide will be posted on our church website by noon on Christmas Eve and the Facebook Livestream will begin around 4:30 pm.

If attending in person, please note that due to the high transmission of COVID-19 in our area, we ask all adults (and older children who can) to wear a mask. (This is the current CDC recommendation for Anderson County, SC.) Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at each of the entrances to the sanctuary. Thank you!

If you know of someone who may be looking for a Christmas Eve worship opportunity, please let them know! All are invited!
