FBCP’s Personnel Policy requires annual evaluations of the Pastor and Staff. We typically conduct these evaluations in the late summer/early fall. However, in 2020, the start of our church year was delayed until October, and much of our committee work was disrupted due to COVID. This year, we are trying to resume our church practices and routines, while recognizing the challenges of these past months for our staff and church.

In these unusual and challenging times, the Personnel Committee is committed to ensuring that evaluations are completed on each church staff member and that the congregation has an opportunity to provide input. Using the link below, the Staff Evaluation Form 2020 – 2021 lists staff members of FBCP during this past year, June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021. Please provide feedback on any or all personnel as to the quality of their work during this time. The Pastor’s job description may be found in the Church Bylaws (scroll to page 5). Job descriptions for other staff positions are included in our Personnel Policies (starting at page 4). However, please keep in mind that our staff had to adjust their work in various ways due to the unusual circumstances of the past year, which may not be reflected in the job descriptions.
