Pastor Jennifer McClung Rygg will preach the sermon “Gratitude as the Foundation of Peace.” Rev. Chris Cottingham and Anna Leavitt will sing a duet of “Carol for Advent (with What Child Is This?)” for the Call to Worship. George and Becky Milam will light the Advent candles of hope and peace. George Milam will read Luke 1:68-79. Becky Milam will give the Offertory Prayer. The Sanctuary Choir, accompanied by Richard Reynolds Huss and directed by Rev. Chris Cottingham, will sing the anthem “Emmanuel, Expected Jesus.”
