Listening for the Unexpected: We conclude a sermon series on Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount.
Over five weeks, we have been exploring Jesus’ teachings in Matthew chapters 5 through 7.

The Call to Worship will be “Alleluia, Sing to Jesus!” The Hymn of Praise will be “All Creatures of Our God and King.” Randy Strickland will read Matthew 7:1-12. The Offertory Hymns will be “Glorify Thy Name” and “Worthy of Worship.” Randy Strickland will give the Offertory Prayer. The Sanctuary Choir will sing the anthem “Come Thou Fount, Come Thou King.” Rev. Jennifer McClung Rygg will preach the sermon “Unexpected Authority,” based on Matthew 7:1-29. The Hymn of Response will be “O God Beyond All Praising.”
