COVID PRECAUTIONS
updated January 5, 2022
- Please wear a mask indoors. Because church is a public setting and may include some who are immunocompromised, we are asking everyone over age 2 to wear a mask while inside the church. Disposable masks, especially N95s or KN95s, seem to be more effective against the Omicron variant.
- Vaccinations are strongly encouraged! We will have a vaccine clinic at the church on Tuesday, Jan 18 from 9 am to 5 pm. Vaccinations will be available for anyone age 5 and up, including first vaccinations, second vaccinations, and boosters. Appointments are not required, but can be made at muschealth.org/vaccine-scheduling.
- Worship and Bible Study are available online as well as in person. Join us for Sunday Worship on Facebook (@FirstBaptistChurchPendleton) or Wednesday night Bible study on Zoom. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive, or been exposed to someone who tested positive, please do not attend church in person, but follow the DHEC guidelines regarding quarantine and isolation (www.scdhec.gov).
- Please wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival at church.
Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to endeavor to protect one another.
